Our Client Intake Process

  1. Contact Us
    Call our intake line during business hours. If you reach our voicemail, leave a message, and we will return your call within 24 hours.
  2. Submit Insurance Information
    Provide your insurance details so we can verify coverage and benefits.
  3. Benefit Review
    Our team will review your insurance benefits and share the information with you for your review.
  4. Complete the Intake Form
    Fill out the intake form to provide essential information about your child’s needs and history.
  5. Submit Required Paperwork
    We will request any necessary documentation, such as diagnostic reports and a pediatrician’s prescription.
  6. Insurance Submission
    We will submit the paperwork to your insurance provider to obtain authorization for an initial assessment.
  7. Schedule Initial Assessment
    Once we receive the authorization, we will schedule your child’s initial assessment, typically in 2 weeks.
  8. Treatment Authorization
    Following the assessment, a report will be submitted to the insurance provider within 3-5 business days, and treatment authorization will be assessed by your insurance provider.
  9. Begin Therapy Sessions
    After receiving treatment authorization, your child’s first therapy session will be scheduled in 2-3 weeks.
  10. Initial Therapy Session
    During the first therapy session, both a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will be present to ensure high-quality, personalized care
