Call our intake line during business hours. If you reach our voicemail, leave a message, and we will return your call within 24 hours. - Submit Insurance Information
Provide your insurance details so we can verify coverage and benefits. - Benefit Review
Our team will review your insurance benefits and share the information with you for your review. - Complete the Intake Form
Fill out the intake form to provide essential information about your child’s needs and history. - Submit Required Paperwork
We will request any necessary documentation, such as diagnostic reports and a pediatrician’s prescription. - Insurance Submission
We will submit the paperwork to your insurance provider to obtain authorization for an initial assessment. - Schedule Initial Assessment
Once we receive the authorization, we will schedule your child’s initial assessment, typically in 2 weeks. - Treatment Authorization
Following the assessment, a report will be submitted to the insurance provider within 3-5 business days, and treatment authorization will be assessed by your insurance provider. - Begin Therapy Sessions
After receiving treatment authorization, your child’s first therapy session will be scheduled in 2-3 weeks. - Initial Therapy Session
During the first therapy session, both a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will be present to ensure high-quality, personalized care
