Founded in 2005 by Nicky Altikulac, All Kids First began with a heartfelt commitment to supporting young children through early intervention services alongside the “Babies Can’t Wait” program. From the very beginning, our mission was driven by a deep desire to improve the lives of children, and it quickly grew as we saw the profound impact of specialized therapeutic services. The need for this support was undeniable, and so, we expanded our offerings to include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, touching the lives of children across the Atlanta area. Every service we provide is focused on delivering individualized care that nurtures their development and well-being.

All Kids First was built on a foundation of unwavering education, thoughtful research, and most of all, a profound compassion for helping children navigate life’s challenges. Nicky Altikulac, instilled in the organization a fierce commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to every child—regardless of their background or circumstances. We believe that every child deserves the chance to flourish, and we work tirelessly to make that a reality for all.

As we’ve grown, our passion has only deepened. We remain steadfast in our mission to create a nurturing, loving, and compassionate environment for both the children we serve and the staff who are part of our family. We’re dedicated to hiring Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who share our unwavering commitment to making a real difference in every child’s life.
